The significant difference between the AirSense 10 AutoSet and the AirSense 10 Card To Cloud CPAP machine is that the Card to Cloud supports an SD card to store sleep data. The sleep reports can be shared with the use of the SD card and uploaded to cloud storage for a doctor's review.

The AirSense 10 AutoSet Card-to-Cloud shares the same hardware and convenient features that the AirSense 10 AutoSet provides. The Airsense 10 Card-to-Cloud is not compatible with the MyAir application via a direct connection and cannot use wireless data transmission. However, the AirSense 10 CPAP machine supports an SD card to store sleep data and uploaded it to the cloud for sharing with doctors conveniently. 

Few AirSense 10 CPAP machine models support cellular connectivity which depends on the availability of your network.
