The ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto Card-to-Cloud BiPAP Machine features all the same components and power as an AirCurve 10 minus the cellular communication modem. Instead, the ResMed AirCurve 10 Card-to-Cloud supports an SD card that stores sleep data. Those sleep apnea reports can be uploaded to the cloud to be shared with a provider.

The AirCurve 10 VAuto Card-to-Cloud devices do not have built-in cellular connectivity. Therefore, the device does not have the capability to wirelessly transmit data and is not compatible with MyAir, ResMed’s online support program, and app.

Cellular connectivity is available only on specific AirCurve 10 device models. Wireless communication depends on network availability.

Enhanced AutoSet algorithm

ResMed's renowned AutoSet algorithm has now been further enhanced. It still benefits from three lines of defense, responding to flow limitation, snoring, and obstructive apnea. In addition, it now includes central sleep apnea (CSA) detection, recognition of a wider range of flow limitation shapes, and hypopnea qualification.

Leak Management

Continuous leak management enables reliable delivery of therapy pressure while maintaining patient-device synchrony.

HumidAir Humidification

This device features consistent humidification throughout the night with the integrated HumidAir humidifier to provide a more comfortable experience.

Easy-Breathe Motor

The quiet Easy-Breathe motor makes for a peaceful environment for you and your bed partner.

Light Sensor

The built-in ambient light sensor adjusts to the brightness of the room. So if you need to get up during the night, the screen back-light won't disrupt your bed partner. The light also turns off automatically, so you can settle back to sleep without disturbance.

Supplemental Oxygen

Compatible with up to 15 L/min of supplemental oxygen in S and CPAP mode and 4 L/min in VAuto mode.

VAuto Mode

The VAuto mode feature is beneficial for patients with sleep apnea who need a set pressure. The Autoset pressure feature provides comfort and stabilizes the upper airway. This BiPAP machine also detects central sleep apnea, and when the data is monitored, allows sleep doctors to prescribe ASV therapy.

Easy-Breathe Waveform

With the Easy-Breath Wave feature, this BiPAP machine delivers a natural and easy breathing experience. Other VAuto devices mimic the waveform of a patient’s normal breath effort pattern, but this is not always an indicator of the patient’s true flow needs. The Easy-Breathe Wave feature ensures that air pressure increases as the patient requires it for the shortest possible time during each inhalation. This means that the individual’s needs are met in the most comfortable way, even as actual pressure needs vary during the sleep cycle. For example, when the patient begins to inhale, a lower pressure is needed to keep the airway open, but the pressure may need to be increased as the inhalation phase continues.  This prevents the airway from closing and snoring to occur while allowing for the most comfortable inhalation.  

Lung Compliance

The lung compliance feature is designed for patients with normal lung function, allowing VAuto to reduce the amount of work necessary for inhalation by providing a gentle pressure profile.
